Ahwan Kumar to make his digital debut opposite Ziliya Christopher


MUMBAI: Digital is the newest buzzword, and everyone is jumping on the bandwagon. Joining the list are TV actors Ahwan Kumar and Ziliya Christopher.

According to exclusive information provided to reviewtv, the makers of Single City Girls are gearing up for their next digital venture. Raj Thakur is launching a new series titled Ba-Izzat Bae-Izzat under his production house Ocean Blue.

The series is a mystery drama revolving around a village belle who is attracted to a popular actor.

The makers have roped in Ahwan Kumar, last seen in Star Bharat’s Kaal Bhairav Rahasya, as the male lead. The good-looking actor makes his digital debut with this project. He has also worked in Geet – Hui Sabse Paray and Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke.

Shriman Shrimati Phir Se actress Ziliya Christopher will essay the female lead.

The shooting will begin from 7 July.

Mahesh Pujari, who has extensive experience as a creative director in the TV industry, will be handling the creatives of this project as well.

Apparently, the show will stream on Jio Cinema as their exclusive original.

When we contacted Ahwan, he confirmed the reports. He further added, ‘I’m really excited for this since it’s my big debut in the digital space. I’m quite kicked about this new experience. This will also be my first as a lead. So I’m really looking forward to it.’
